• Process new employee onboarding and terminations.
• Update employee information including salary changes, bonuses, deductions, etc.
• Payroll Processing:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, considering regular wages, allowances, incentives, bonus, deductions, and taxes.
•Generate pay slips for employees with detailed breakdown of earnings and deductions.
•Prepare and disburse salaries through bank transfers or other authorized methods.
•Compliance and Reporting:
•Stay updated with the latest changes in Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, and Gratuity.
• Prepare and submit required statutory reports to government authorities (PF, ESI, etc.).
•Maintain proper payroll records and documentation for audits and inspections.
•Reconcile payroll data with attendance records and other relevant sources.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly.
Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll matters.
•ensuring that the payroll outsourcing team delivers services to clients accurately, timely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and overseeing the entire payroll outsourcing process, including data processing, payroll calculation, tax compliance, and payment distribution •Collaborating with the payroll outsourcing team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for clients
•Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of benefits, taxes, and other payroll-related items for clients
•Maintaining accurate records of client payroll data, reports, and documents •Responding to inquiries from clients regarding payroll-related issues
• Generating payroll reports for clients and
providing insights and analysis as required
