1. Troubleshooting in crucial and emergency scenarios including sudden operating system crashes, website crashes. Tackled several complex technical challenges like immediate operating system restoration, installing fresh version of OS, making the provision of Dual Booting in Apple MacBook’s, etc so as to keep the work flowing.
2. Installation and testing of computer and related hardware in a LAN/WAN environment along with Designing, Configuring, Maintaining and troubleshooting networks.

7. Managing the Video Conferencing unit available and interacting with the Government of India officials for pre- checking and troubleshooting the VC Unit in order to avoid any kind of hindrance due to network lag and packet loss in between the VC.
8.Preparing an inventory of all the necessary accessories for immediate hardware replacement activities and system firmware updates.
9. Managing all the appointments and establishment of contact with International and in-country dignitaries to be made for the officer concerned.
10. Planning IT development solutions and implemented strategies in service desk management.
11. Took charge in IT failure situations and made efficient decisions on the spot.
12. Wrote, dictated, reviewed and edited several official letters and documents for their data accuracy.
13. Monitoring system performance of all the devices under my surveillance.
14. Checking the concerned government grievance portals and forwarding the required grievances to the concerned departments for speedy resolution of complaints which keeps the work flowing.
