Testing Approach: Manual & Automation

goal of project is to monitor and analyze social media data streams in real-time to gauge customer sentiment regarding a specific product or brand. By continuously processing and analyzing tweets, comments, and posts, project aims to provide immediate insights into how customers perceive brand.

Responsibilities:-

• As Senior Tester, have handled both Manual and Automation Testing for client's web and cloud based application.
• Conducted API Manual and Automation testing using POSTMAN Tool and PYCHARM with python language respectively.
• For UI automation part used Playwright tool with Java Language to run script in visual studio code.
• Actively participated all agile methodology ceremonies like sprint planning, sprint retrospective and sprint review.
• Proactively participated Daily Scrum Meeting which is one of agile process.
• Used jira tool for Writing and Maintaining Test cases and Test execution. and test plans are written in Confluence page under project folder to keep process flow clean.
• Involved every code reviews meeting to ensure written scripts were meets standards and deployed code in master branch.

Project#2:Nice WFM Genesys Connector

Testing Approach: Manual Testing

project aims to enhance integration between Nice Workforce Management (WFM) and Genesys Contact Center platforms, streamlining workforce optimization, scheduling, and reporting processes. connector facilitates seamless data exchange and collaboration between two systems, enhancing overall efficiency and performance in a contact center environment.

Responsibilities:-

• Conducted Manual Testing to ensure functionality of application customer requirements.
• Developed comprehensive test plans outlining testing approach, scope, resources, and schedule. Collaborated with stakeholders to ensure test plans aligned with project objectives.
• Created detailed test cases based on requirements and design specifications. Executed test cases manually, identifying and documenting defects to ensure software quality.
• Reported and documented defects with clear and concise information for developers. Collaborated with development team to verify defect resolutions.

Project#3:Nice CX-ONE Agent

Testing Approach: Manual & Automation

Project aims to implement and optimize use of Nice CXOne, an integrated cloud-based contact center platform, to enhance customer experience, streamline agent workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:-

• Developed and maintained automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript for web applications. Implemented test automation frameworks and strategies to enhance test efficiency and reliability.
• Wrote and maintained TypeScript scripts for test automation, ensuring code quality, readability, and maintainability. Utilized Playwright APIs to interact with web elements, handle browser events, and simulate user actions.
• Implemented and maintained Page Object Model to enhance test script modularity and reusability. Organized test code into reusable components for efficient test maintenance.
• Integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI, for regular and automated execution. Collaborated with development team to ensure seamless integration with overall build and deployment process.
• Detected and reported defects using automated tests, providing detailed information to facilitate quick resolution.
• Maintained data-driven testing approaches for flexibility in testing different scenarios.

Blue Air is a Romanian airline headquartered in Bucharest with its hub at Henri Coanda International Airport. It is the largest Romanian airline by scheduled passengers flown.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of test requirement and automation feasibility with selenium using Cucumber framework.
• Coordinated with peers in team for clarity on requirements
• Preparing features and test scenarios based on acceptance criteria
• Maintaining all Web Elements using Page Factory in POM.
• Maintaining Reusable methods in functional library.
• Raise defect and tracking it by using JIRA until closure.
• Actively participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Code check in and check out by using GIT.
• Developing Test Scripts using selenium web driver and cucumber framework.
• Involving regression testing and analyze result.

Project#2:Gadget Shop

Testing Approach: Manual and Automation

Gadget Shop Online is an ecommerce website in United Kingdom that has products for Smart devices like Game Xbox, Smart TV and Speakers. When it comes to gadgets which provides online shopping experience as simple as possible with fast deliveries in UK locations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and preparing query log for incase of any clarifications
• Implemented Selenium Web Driver and automated and executed scripts on different browser and different platforms with help of Eclipse IDE and Java.
• Developing and executing test scripts using TestNG and Cucumber with WebDriver.
• Practicing AGILE Scrum methodology and participating in all Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Meeting, Daily Scrum Call, Sprint Review Meeting and Sprint Retrospective Meeting.
• Implemented Page Object Model automation frameworks using Selenium. .
• Dynamically used Junit, POM, Data Driven and many other reusable methods from Base class with one another to perform Automation testing.
• Re-test resolved defects  Raise and track defects until closure.
• Uploading and updating test cases in GIT on daily basis.
• Frequent discussions in Scrum and Sprint Meetings.
