• • Framed comprehensive statutory and compliance strategy for growth of the IIHS Section 8 not for profit company (at the start up phase), the proposed IIHS University and long-term sustainability planning for both entities, including risk management and business continuity plans for growth within India and proposals for establishing activities across Asia.
  • Led the processes of legal and regulatory processes of registration, disclosures, filings, approvals and due diligence for the NGO and Trust including stringent regulations like the Foreign Contribution Regulations, FEMA-India, land and property, labour regulations and relevant international approvals and compliances Eg. US (501)/EU(GDPR) agencies with a 100% success rate and transparency.
