Project: ESIC 100 bedded Hospital along with 50 Staff quarters.

• Spreaded across 7.6 acres Including STP & ETP Facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Site inspection of all Civil construction works.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out as per CPWD Specifications and as per architectural and structural drawings.
• Proper Management of incoming Materials to site and testing of all materials as per IS code.
• Ensuring best Workmanship standards and safety at site.
• checking of layout marking, concrete laying and all checklist for good work quality
• Preparing measurements for completed works item wise.
• Ensuring on time completion of work and reviewing progress of work with Primavera Software.
• From April 2018 to June 2022
• Projects:
• 1. Hostel Block Construction for Mahatma Gandhi Council of Rural
  Education.
  2. G+3 Training Block Construction for NI MSME Institute.
  3. Construction of Compound wall for GST Commissionerate.
  4. Construction of Storm Water Drain for SBI Client.
  5. Construction of Oxygen Plant.
  Duties & Responsibility
• Inspection of all site activities on daily basis and monitoring the work
• Ensuring Workmanship quality and safety at site.
• Ensuring that Works are carried out as per CPWD Specifications and carried out as per architectural and structural drawings.
• Preparation of measurements for all completed works as per item wise.
• Coordinate with client and contractor for timely completion of work.
• prepared BOQ of projects.

Additional Duties

• Prepared detailed Estimates for many projects costing more than 200 crores(INR).
• Handled Clients like Bureau of Immigration(BOI), State Bank of India(SBI), Director of Revenue Intelligence(DRI), ESIC, NI MSME, CDTI, CFSL, GST Commissionerate etc.
• Monitered Day to Day maintenance of ESIC Hospital and STP maintenance.
• Involved in tendering and Bid process.
• Hands on experience with software's like Auto cad, Primavera, Stadd.pro , Revit Architecture

• Prepared daily Loading report on Online platform.
• Alloting Loading Truck to the Bay through automation technology.
• Checking calibration of all machines and loader bay as and when required.
• Learned Fire emergency procedures and how to operate the Fire equipments in case of emergency.
• Evolved Scrap Quantity and generated Online report for Selling.
