Involved in Pre-Cutover and post-Cutover activities for an Oracle upgrade to R12.2.11.
Weekly maintenance, holding Allocation Jobs, rescheduling orders, completing pick releases and Communicate with Warehouse Stakeholders.
Handling Inventory sync issues with DCs, and clearing the item short ship reservation, clearing backorder inventory reservations and decrementing quantity from oracle to sync on-hand quantity with DC.
Actively monitoring the order management system to identify any order drops or failures in Order processing.
Involved to write the SQL scripts to validate the data.
Support the project team by actively participating in the research and resolution of project issues.
Based on the alert from production, validating the alerts and responding to the alert as per its threshold.
Minimizing the risk of errors while coordinating inventory transfers across three time zones (EST, CST, and IST).
Coordinating cross-functionally with different teams under SCM module to stay current on product features and intended functionality in Oracle Application.
Utilizing AOTS and I-Track (JIRA) tools to track and resolve user issues effectively.
Maintaining Knowledge Transfer (KT) documentation and conducting training sessions for new team members.
