- Responsible for design, development, and optimization of Rear Axle & Final Drive Systems of LDT & eLDT Commercial vehicles
- Creation of Drawings (2D), CAD Models (3D) DFMEA & DVP with all relevant regulatory requirements through diligent monitoring of evolving standards,internal audits. and company quality guidelines.
- Work with cross functional teams to Built and tested sample units to verify correct assembly, hardware, fit and function
- Leveraged advanced simulation tools to validate designs before physical prototyping, to optimize component strength, fatigue life, and noise characteristics thereby minimizing costly revisions later in the development process.
- Quick resolution of Field failures to ensure smooth operation of vehicle and ensure the learnings are captured in DFMEA.
- Coordinate with other departments like Project management, Production team & Life cycle management to manage the product throughout its life cycle
