Responsible for providing solution to a variety of problems that occur in the domain using hardware and software expertise along with responsibility for coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects. Full management of small and big sized projects. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates engineering work; monitors work for
compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants. Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants, and that the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Effectively plan and manage the project delivery.
• Prepare and manage Project Plans, including timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinates and maintains all Engineering documents and design change information at the facility.
• Identify and manage resource requirements within projects.
• Manage the Project effectively and efficiently to ensure the budget and project plan objectives are met.
• Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed.
• Work within the team to ensure effective communication.
• Define and implement a project Quality Plan.
• Ensure that all client communications are dealt with in a professional manner, within agreed time frames.
• Works with Materials/Procurement to revise drawings to correspond to changes made to detail drawings and bills of materials.
• Complete a project review and project completion report in conjunction with other key stakeholders.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• All delivery related documentation

Installation & Field engineer , responsible for site surveys, I&C and customer support to various projects including Vsat communication, Hydrology and weather stations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Planning, supervision, Installation & commissioning, O&M, document preparation & reports
• Good working knowledge of Data operating Applications (Global Scape CuteFTP, FileZilla Server, AquaMET: Data Injector, Data Decoder, ExportRaw, Data viewer).
• Report Generation & Maintaining log Books: Preparation of Periodic site maintenance reports & Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to be made and send to concerned people/dept.
• Maintaining day to day project tracker for future use.
• Checking of site parameters such as C/N, Eb/no, BER, Tx and Rx power etc.
• Handling critical calls and identifying problem and troubleshooting them.

RF Engineer(Field) responsible for all the RF surveys, Installation & Commissioning and operations & Maintenance for various customers like TATA Teleservices, Reliance and Vodafone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimizing Cell Sites By investigating Capacity & Coverage Problem and performing drive test in order to improve coverage.
• Attending to customer complaints and suggesting adequate solution to improve coverage, quality and capacity problems.
• Responsible for managing mission critical customer services as per SLA’s and act as the first level of technical escalation for Level 2 support on regular basis & worked on P2P, P2MP link connectivity and microwave based support for customers.
• Managing complete troubleshooting activity pertaining to Performance, Network Administration, Application Conflicts and Bugs and Addressing overall queries involving Information System/ Software & extending onsite support to the clients including maintenance of hardware
