• Leading a team of 15 QAs for UnderArmour - Loyalty Project (MapMyFitness App, ShopApp, Revamp) .
• Responsible for Line test planning, test estimation, test execution and defect management. Performed regression and system-level testing to verify software quality and function before it was released.
• Working as Test Co-coordinator between onshore and offshore team.
• Responsible for defect management, status reporting.
• Working in Agile environment/Methodology.
• Review and Approves all project Test Deliverable.
• Co-Ordination between different stake holders/multiple lines. Handing multiple testing projects with in the Line.
• Working closely with Business team as part of UAT testing.

Project - Safelite, INC (Insurance Domain)

• Worked as a QA Lead, manage & mentor a testing team of 5 QAs.
• Responsible for offshore set up, ramp up, testing team set up.
• Responsible for Test Approach, Planning, Estimation, Test Scenarios/Scripts, Test Execution Cycle Plans.
• Responsible for implementation test factory best practices within the project. Working in Agile environment/Methodology.
• Plan complex test cycles that achieve high test coverage for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Co-ordination between different stake holders/Multiple vendors.(Offshore and Onsite)

Project - Munich Rey (Insurance Domain)

• Involved in Test Estimations, Test Planning, Review, Defect Management and Test environments set up.
• Responsible for Test Approach documents, Test Scenarios/Scripts, Test Execution Cycle Plans.
• Reporting on Test Execution results & sign-off on modules for releases.
• Responsible for RTM, Status Reports and other interim deliverable.
• Co-ordination with the development & Testing Team of different Application. Co-ordination between different stake holders/Multiple vendors.(Offshore and Onsite).

Project - Apollo

• Involved in Preparation of Test Plan and Test Case writing. Identification of test cases For Automation
• Worked as Automation , analyzed test automation requirements of customer and provide comprehensive test automation solution, with focus on covering substantial number of test areas.
• Co-ordination with development, Testing & Client stakeholders for each releases. ·
• Execution of test cases in End to End Environment.
• Worked as test co-coordinator between onshore and offshore team.

• Involved in Test Planning, Test Design, Review, Defect Management and Testing activities.
• Escalating any delays or problems which prevent completion of tests suites within allocated timeframes to QA Manager.
• Ensuring defects raised are recorded promptly and with sufficient detail to progress them.

• Involved in Preparation of Test Plan and Test Case writing.
