Refined superior operational processes that have enabled Isprava to build faster with lower expenses than its competitors by redesigned operational processes through standardization, technology-driven review, tracking, and documentation.

PROJECT - MAHA TRADE MARKET

Led the project and construction management of Maha Trade Market in Pune (3.5 million sq.ft.) valued at approximately 36 million USD.

Tasks included project management of RCC works of MTM, budgeting, and cost-value engineering.

PROJECT - PUNE METRO

Timely delivered 2 Pune Metro stations as a Project In-charge and initiated the works for 5 metro stations with contract valued at approximately 14 million USD.

Scope of works included RCC Works, Precast Girder Erection and alignement, MEP works & Facade works with complete finishing.

Played vital role in coordination with General consultants, Architects and clients.

PROJECT - RIVERDALE RESIDENTIAL TOWER

Successfully delivered as a Project In-charge on time 3 Residential Towers Riverdale Heights (Kharadi, Pune) contract valued at approximately 15 million USD.

Scope of works included RCC Works, MEP works & Facade works with complete finishing. G+23 structure with 3 podiums.

PROJECT - AURIC HALL BUILDING

Successfully delivered as a Project Manager on time and within budget, the design and construction & overall project management of the AURIC HALL (0.25 million sq.ft.) contract valued at approximately 15.8 million USD.

This project won the Best Project Award of 2019 by Shapoorji Pallonji & Best Facade Execution Award by Construction Week for 2019.

Inaugurated by Hon. Prime Minister of India on 7 Sept'19.

PROJECT - SP INFOCITY IT PARK

Successfully initiated as a Project In-charge an SP Infocity IT Park (Hadapsar, Pune) contract valued at approximately 36.2 million USD.

Scope of works included Design & Built of 17 million Sqft IT Park with RCC Works, MEP works & Facade works with complete finishing. G+17 structure with 3 podiums.
