As part of my B.Tech in Dairy Technology, I completed a one-year Sandwich Hands-On Experience Program at Vidhya Dairy Anand with a 100,000-litre milk processing capacity.Rotated through all facets of dairy operations and management into 12 modules, each lasting 1 month. These modules included:Milk Processing,Cheese,Ghee,Milk pouch Packing,Ice Cream,Ghee,Dairy Engineering,Clean-In-Place (CIP) Systems,Marketing and Sales,Accounting and Purchasing,Product Development,TQM etc
