NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Scope of Work: FCA, Fabrication Shop to installation on foundations of 22 units of H2 Storage Bullets & 32 units of PAR Modules and transport of several heavylift equipment for the project
Achievements:
- Coordinating, negotiating and finalising suitable BB MPP vessels for each shipment with assistance from the chartering team for the project and subcons for the pre-carriage and on-carriage scope for each shipment with assistance from the local deugro offices worldwide
- Manage complete operations for all HL/BB shipments for the NEOM GHE & HIDC project including but not limited to collection, pre-carriage to all major port in the world (trucking/barging), ocean freight to KSA ports, trucking and installation onto foundations at site
- Responsible for the complete project management of transport/shipping and installation of the SODC cargoes (H2 bullet tanks, & PAR modules)
- Coordinating, negotiating and finalising suitable deck carrier vessels for the SODC cargoes (H2 bullets & PAR modules) of the project with assistance from the chartering team
- Directly coordinating, negotiating and finalising subcons for the pre-carriage and on-carriage scope for the bullets and PAR modules
- Managing 3 deck carrier vessels up to capacities of 23,000 DWT in parallel over 12 voyages
- Coordinating between all stakeholders for the preparation of all technical documentation for the shipping aligning with fabrication and project schedules/requirements
