Responsible for Performance Management, Career Planning, Training & Development & Employee Engagement
- Develop career plan for top talents and critical roles through Organizational Talent Review (OTR).
- Co-ordination of Performance Management System for Kerala Circle.
- Plan & conduct Employee Training Need Identification formulate & implement annual training calendar, identifying, negotiating, finalizing & monitoring the training vendors service in terms of timeliness, effectiveness & cost.
- Identify, design, customize & implement learning programmes to ensure capability building through functional & competency skill assessment.
- Participate in design, pilot & formulation of implementation national level learning & development interventions.

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:
* Recruitment drive for the entire 3D department
* Exploring various sources of recruitments for prospective candidates including expatriates.
