JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

• Studying and complete the work as per project design specifications, Qatar & British standard.
• Reviewing IFC, Kahramaa drawings & QCDD drawing.
• Preparing all shop drawings.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
• The works done are in accordance with the approved IFC drawings, project specifications and all applicable standards.
• Plans the execution of all electrical work coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups
• Responsible for estimating material, construction and project timescales.
• Preparing RFI (Request for Information) if there is any change in IFC drawings as per site condition and give suggestion to client to solve the issue.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant representatives for site instructions or any changes on site as per site condition.
• Coordinating with other trades such as civil, mechanical, architectural finishing to avoid repetitive work.
• Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target.
• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager and highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.
• Responsible for completion of installation, termination, inspection and testing of all electrical services.
• Prepare the IR (Inspection Request) and attend the inspection, and to get the approval for the inspections.
• Responsible for inspections of all electrical Installations.
• Closing snag list, submit all needed documents to client for energizes the Electrical System and getting FAC (Final Acceptance Criterion).
• Closing NCR (Non-Conformance Report) issued by client.
• Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection ticket.
• Responsible for as built drawings, project handover and documentation work.
• Give reply to the remarks from the Client technically.
