- Scanning all correspondences and keep a soft copy, sending by email attachment if required.
- Managing contract documents and drawings and compiling biding documents.
- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Keeping the all RFI log sheet
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. Manuals and work flows).
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
