Category: Trade Finance Transformation Project

Description: New digital platform is a build a on Trade 360 with a superior technology necessary to help manage trade risk, process trade transactions and fund trade activities, ultimately making it easier for businesses to connect new markets and trade partners around the world

Responsibilities: As a Agile Business Analyst to manage requirement elicitation, analysis for Bank Guarantees, Documentary Credits on Trade 360 platform and Workflow for a large bank in UK

• Writing Epics and User Stories in JIRA based on requirements and prioritizing user stories
• Tracked and monitored tasks and team collaboration using agile tools JIRA and Confluence for requirements collaboration
• Working with Services, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Scrum Masters for Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning
• Understand client’s platform offering based on their existing documentation
• As a business analyst – finalized business and IT requirements for the project with Product Owners’ agreement on the long-term vision and potential minimum viable products for future implementations
• Am a part of the functional assessment team to identify capability gaps and highlight any risks in originating and distributing system
• Prepared Reports, wireframes with the observations and suggestions in detail
• Review and validate all the UAT, PVT test Cases and results
• Incident handling in Production environment for Global deployment- Managing tickets and ensuring the proper tracking and resolution within defined SLA
• As a BA in Production support- Co-ordinate with the front-end users and validate their activity and guide them with suitable work around as a contingency and further analyze the issue

Category: Onboarding Digital Channel

Description: Single Digital Onboarding Portal provide a new digital by default channel for Clients and Bank users for seamless and secured onboarding platform

Responsibilities: As a Agile business analyst – finalized business and IT requirements for the project with Product Owners’ agreement on the long-term vision and potential minimum viable products for future implementations

• Prepared Reports, wireframes and process flow diagrams with the observations and suggestions in detail
• Write Epics and User Stories in JIRA (GHERKINs Syntax) based on requirements and prioritizing user stories
• Attend Scrum calls, Requirements workshops with client
• Review and validating all the Test Cases, Test Scenarios, supported in Sprint Demo
• Tracked and monitored tasks and team collaboration using agile tools JIRA and Confluence for requirements collaboration.

• Eliciting and refining requirements and collaborating with stakeholders for the Bank’s indigenously developed digital channel platform “Trade On Net”.
• Conducted functional assessments to identify capability gaps and potential risks in the originating and distributing system.
• Reviewed test cases and participated in UAT.

• Oversaw end-to-end Trade Finance operations, handling Advance Payments, Documentary Credits, Collections, and Demand Guarantees.
• Conducted front-end client discussions, providing consultation on Trade Transactions.
• Ensured regulatory compliance and advised customers on timely submission of regulatory documents.
• Implemented process improvements to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
• Mentored and trained associates, resolving queries, and providing training on imports, exports, LCs, and collections.

• Managing and monitoring Issuance of LCs, Documentary Collections, including Scrutinizing LC and collection documents, Export and Import financing and other Cross Border transaction
• Resolving all client queries regarding imports, exports under LCs, Documentary collections and direct bills, also mitigating Exchange Risk with the help of different Derivative products - forwards and options contracts
• Booking foreign exchange rates (Cash, TOM, SPOT and forwards) for all cross-border transactions, thereby generating Exchange and Commission income for the bank
• Achieved yearly branch’s income target (both exchange and commission income) from both retail and corporate customers
• Onboarded new clients to bank, retained more existing customers with good relationship.

• Relationship Management with the highly esteemed corporate clients - Corporate Gift cards and Pay Direct cards business for 2 years in Payment Solutions group
• Primary role is to advise the Clients on the suitable Payment solutions basis the requirement.

• Got selected directly from Campus after Graduation and has been a part of the MNC from the brick stage
• Handled Production, Quality control, SOP preparation and Audit/Compliance activities in Production department.
