· Front Office-Helped in group check ins, tagged bags and helped to deliver, assisting guests to their rooms, Handle calls in the absence of a supervisor and help them successfully.
· Housekeeping- Trained in all the sub departments viz. Laundry, Linen Room, Minibar, office, Public Area, Rooms. Helped the Guest Room Attendants in making the room within the granted time. Excelled in guest interactions while in Public Area.
· Food and Beverage Service-Worked in two departments viz. Banquets and In Room Dining. Trained to work in a busy event effectively, Replenished buffets, served appetizers. Help the guests with their orders.
· Food and Beverage Production- Trained in Continental Kitchen. Granted me the opportunity to work in the guest area as much as possible on the live counters, trained to make indents, set up buffets.
