Responsibilities

• Responded promptly to technical issues & non-technical that arose during an exam session as a server handler, proficient with Unix/Linux command
• Ensured exam server room was set up with correct materials and equipment prior to start of exams
• Reported any irregularities or breaches in exam protocols to the Regional Head
• Setting up computer-based online examinations by checking systems were working correctly before the start of the exam session
• Kept detailed records of any incidents which occurred during an exam session for reporting purposes
• Responded quickly to candidates requests for assistance with computer or network problems
• Performed routine troubleshooting and network monitoring, response sheet uploading to the server
• Supervised configuration of local area network, configuration of network components - routers, switches
• Monitored system upgrades, patches and new configurations.
