Working as a Test Lead with a team of 6 testers, leading them.

• Testing the web apps (workstation - internal website) of financial products like mutual funds, structured products, PWM, and DWM portals, which our RMs, AMs, and clients use, and I have also worked on the Lxme project, the mobile app LXME, which was made for women's financial planning.
• My role is a mixed role of individual contributor as well as managerial. It includes attending user story discussions, analyzing them, drafting test scenarios, executing them manually, filtering out automation test cases, preparing automation scenarios, and getting them automated by the automation tester using Selenium WebDriver.
• Writing database SQL queries to verify the data of web pages, logics, or counts at the DB end.
• Doing load/stress testing of APIs using JMeter to check its performance in handling load.
• Maintaining the production issues sheet and getting it resolved.
• Maintaining the QA updates sheet for all testers and maintaining the bug tracker sheet for the whole project.
• Maintaining or tracking the team's work, resolving their queries, reviewing their test cases, guiding and helping them in testing, as well as in adding test scenarios and understanding the stories.
• Doing ad hoc testing. Doing basic security testing before giving sign-off.
• Giving KT of old modules to new, fresh developers and answering their queries by taking separate calls with them.
• Doing project management tasks, attending calls for all story explanations right from scratch. Finding gaps in stories written by BAs and giving suggestions to them in story writing, as well as how UI and functionality should be.
• Taking multiple interviews for hiring QA people. Taking Scrum calls. Giving induction and KT to new joinees of workstation modules and workaround.

I worked at TCS as a Test Engineer for my first project, CIBC Bank, located in Canada.

• I tested CIBC Bank's application, which was in the mainframe, right from client creation to processing its application for a mortgage with different statuses of that application.
• There are improved testing processes for CIBC Bank applications, from client setup to mortgage processing.

Worked at TCS as a Senior Tester (Quality Analyst) for my 2nd project ABN AMRO Bank which is located in Amsterdam,Netherlands.

• Oversaw all QA aspects for ABN AMRO Bank, including requirements analysis and test planning.
• Designed and executed test cases, scripts, and managed defect resolution and communication with clients.
• Automated testing efforts by creating and maintaining effective test scripts.
• Utilized REST Client and POSTMAN to validate API services efficiently.
• Compiled comprehensive test reports and goals within JIRA for project tracking.
• Engaged actively in scrum meetings to support agile project management practices.
• Delivered training sessions to enhance team knowledge transfer and skills development.
