Designed and modeled a contra-rotating blade propeller system using Fusion 360, focusing on blade geometry, pitch optimization, and hub assembly. Created precise 3D parametric models to ensure correct alignment and opposite rotational motion of the propellers. Studied design aspects related to thrust enhancement and torque balancing, highlighting the efficiency advantages over single-propeller configurations. Strengthened understanding of mechanical design principles, CAD modeling, and assembly constraints.
