  • Recommending the loan application for approval post credit appraisal and personal
    discussion in compliance with the lending policies of the organization within defined TAT
  • Responsible for the credit appraisal and underwriting of employed customers. Assessment
    of risk and repayment capacity of the customer to ascertain the credit worthiness by
    reviewing and verifying income statements, tax returns and other financial documents
  • Interacting with customers via telephone or email in order to understand the need of the
    customer and / or seek clarification on the documents perused to take an informed decision
    on the loan proposal
  • Maintaining relationship with various channel partners and internal departments to process
    the loan applications within defined TAT
  • Closing working with collection team and go through the collection reports of the customers which provides customers repayment history , behavior while talking and paying the amount to collection agent and reason in delay of payment .
  • Need to Maintain daily MIS reports of cases which are approved or rejected or stuck in any of stages.
  • Closing working with Fi agency team which provide personal and professional verification reports .
