• Drafting, reviewing, and assisting senior management with case notes, synopses, event lists, and responses related to commercial litigation, legal notices, and internal advisory matters.
• Coordinating with law firms and advocates across various locations to ensure seamless legal proceedings.
• Managing TA-DSA and EMP matters, along with maintaining Advocate MIS.
• Preparing case synopses, including loan agreement details, information on hirers, co-hirers, and guarantors, as well as vehicle/property status and financing details, highlighting key legal aspects.
• Initiating appropriate legal actions against defaulting customers, including arbitration proceedings, execution filings, and actions under Section 138/25 of the NI Act/PASA Act.
• Organizing and overseeing Lok Adalats to facilitate efficient dispute resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
• Providing guidance and instructions to field teams as needed to ensure legal compliance, and effective case management.
• Ensuring the smooth withdrawal of cases upon settlement by customers.
• Preparing and maintaining MIS reports at regular intervals to track case progress and evaluate actual recoveries through various litigation channels.

• Led a dynamic team in executing various warrant workflows, Non-Bailable, Bailable, and Kurki warrants and Played a key role in drafting NDL post-settlement documents, contributing to the resolution of complex legal cases
• Provided invaluable administrative support to the legal and field teams, optimizing overall operational efficiency in legal proceedings
• Maintained the LOSS POOL organization, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in legal filing systems

• Proficient in utilizing CREDGENICS software to maintain a meticulous legal Management Information System (MIS), with a focus on matters related to the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and Execution Petition
• Managed Pre-Litigation Part and Warrant Execution Workflow, Coordination and Managing the Advocates for MIS, Against Cases documents and Litigation Work

• Managed customer relationships and resolving any issues or concerns related to loans and company services
