I have been working as LIMS analyst from past 5.5 years for Shell project in WIPRO. From last two years I am leading the LIMS L2 support team. I manage a team of 6 other resources. My roles and responsibilities consist of following:
• Provide L2 support for LIMS to multiple lines of business. LIMS applications that I support include Thermo SampleManager, Integration Manager, Agilent OpenLab, VDISQC, RAMAN LIMS.
• I have worked with SM10.5, SM12.1 SP1, SM12.1 SP2, SM12.2 SP1, SM21.0 and SM21.1 version. For IM, I have worked on IM3.0 and3.2 SP1 & SP2 version. For Openlab, I have worked on versions A4.07 and A4.10.
• Apart from providing support and resolving Service Now tickets, I work on Azure Migrations and Divestment projects.
• For Migration/Divestment projects, I have installed and configured SampleManager , RAMAN LIMS and IM applications on different servers. I had to make sure that applications are installed and configured properly and also do end to end testing along with interfaces.
• I manage a team of 6 other resources. I ensure that tickets are resolved within SLA and also I deal with escalations or customer feedback.
