• Represented National Sports University in the category of Folk/Tribal Dance and Group Song (Western) in the 36th Inter University North East Youth Festival held by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and organized by University of Science & Technology Meghalaya from 4th January to 8th January, 2023.
• Represented National Sports University in the category of Group Song ( Western) in the North-East Zone Inter-University Championship held by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and organized by The Royal Global University, Guwahati Assam from 4th April 2024 to 10th April, 2024.
• Represented National Sports University in the category of Group Song (Western) in the North-East Zone Inter-University Championship held by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and organized by The ICFAI University Tripura from 27th January to 31st January, 2025.
• Presented a paper on Coconut Rugby: A Unique Blend of Sports and Culture on Manipuri Heritage at the International Conference on Fit for Life: Empowering Youth Trough Physical Education, Sports, and Traditional Sports jointly organized by National Sports University and Goa University, partnered with Don Bosco College, held at Goa University from 18th to the 20th of February,2025.

• Represented Sainik School Imphal and secured 3rd Position as a member of the Men's Basketball Team at the East Zone Sainik Schools Championship-2017 held from 10th to 13th July 2017 at Sainik School Purulia.
• Represented National Sports University as a member of the Men's Basketball Team in the Inter Zonal/East Zone/All India Inter-University Competition held by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and organized by University of Science & Technology at Meghalaya from the 22nd to the 25th of November 2022.
• Represented National Sports University as a member of the Men's Basketball Team in the Inter Zonal/East Zone/All India Inter-University Competition held by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and organized by Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University at Jaunpur, U.P from the16th to the 20th of December 2023.
• Represented National Sports University as a member of the Men's Basketball Team in the Inter Zonal/East Zone/All India Inter-University Competition held by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and organized by Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences University at Bhubneswar, Odisha from the 22nd to the 25th of November 2024.

• Acquired Senior Professional in First Aid from Indian Red Cross Society in 22nd of March, 2025.
