Having stepped in an Education Industry since past 12 years facilitated in developing a growth mindset which makes an educator a lifelong and a self-regulated learner. Change is inevitable, however adaptation to the change is a must for the survival of any individual in any industry. Having ingrained this necessity and embracing change has become a habit. Competence with regards to pedagogical practices , classroom management , designing Creative Formative and Summative Assessments and most significantly instilling the confidence deemed necessary to deliver the most technical discipline that is Mathematics HL Analysis and Approaches| Application and Interpretation will dictate the success rate of any Math Educator. Year on Year the urge to thrive hard so as to improve upon substantially with regards to the above stated parameters will continue to be an endless pursuit. The burning desire to make incessant progress with regards to the above indicators instills the curiosity deemed essential to ignite the intrinsic innovation and creativity. Perfection is a myth , however one can be asymptotic towards the Perfection.

  • With the advent of new technology and the need to make Math more relevant and accessible to the real world . The refined curriculum incorporated a new dimension in the form of offering Math application and Interpretation whose overarching role is to apply complex Math to solve real life problems. I got an opportunity to be a part of this rich curriculum . I was involved with determining the Scheme of work to implementing the creative and innovative strategies which facilitates Learners visualize the inevitable significance of Math .
  • Mathematics Analysis and Approaches constitutes pure mathematics which delves deeper into the formulations of theory and mandates Learners to prove mathematical proposition by employing varied types of proofs. The underlying knowledge of how the particular branch of mathematics evolved over time and meticulously analyze the axioms the fundamental building blocks of Math concepts and theory is crucial and deeply insightful in order to assess the accuracy and utility of any Mathematical proposition . I got the privilege to lead this curriculum since its inception .
  • Implemented differentiated instruction strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles, promoting inclusive education.
  • Promoted critical thinking skills by challenging students to apply mathematical reasoning to real-world situations.

The purpose these life classes is to make them well equip with life skills in order to be more adaptable and competent across varied aspects of personal and professional life. To be very precise I facilitated Critical Thinking Workshop and led a Book Club.
