Project Coordination

1) Performing all the duties pertaining to the coordination of the project and tracking the progress of the construction.
2) Coordinating with the vendors and getting quotes for on-site construction work to be executed. Issuing work orders to the finalized vendors.

Reports & Comparative

1) Preparing cost comparatives and discussing with reporting manager. 2) Prepare Budget Vs Actual Report. All cost analysis relating to the project from the initial stage to final stage.

Calculation

1) Preparing quantity calculation from the drawing including civil work,Fabrication, Flooring, Texture, Painting & Polishing, carpentry work, Stone cladding, false ceiling, facade & glazing, water proofing, Grouting, CP Sanitary fitting etc. 2)Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). Calculate the unit weight of Reinforcement Bar. 3) Preparing Rate Analysis for construction project. 4)Preparing Material Analysis & Material Consumption data as per actual work.

ERP Work -Engineering & Material Module

1)Create master data, preparing BOQ, BOM, work order, work done, Contractor RA Bill, Vendor approval etc. Check Engineering & Material Module all Report. Material Stock Summary Check & Issue in Contractor Scope.

Billing Work

1) Check contractor bill as per work order, enter work done & submit to account department.
2) Maintain contractor Billing data & reports.

Project Coordination
1) Preparation subcontractor work schedule. Execute of work according to planned activities.

2) Coordination with client, consultants & other involved engineers.

Reports

1) Prepare Bar chart & track day to day activities. prepare project progress report.

2) Prepare Budget Vs Actual.

Calculation

1) Preparation all quantity calculation for RCC Work & Steel work.

2) Prepare rate analysis for material Work as per IS.

Billing

1)Prepare Contractor RA Bill Work.

Design

1) Making Design drawing in AutoCAD.

2) Structural analysis & design of different types of structure as per IS. (RCC Building & Steel Structure)

3) Analysis & design of multi story building structure using by staad pro.
