Duties and Responsibilities
 Currently working at Sunshine Global Hospital having 250 Bed capacity a multispecialty hospital working as Staff Nurse since 17/01/2022.
 I have an experienced of working with advanced equipment’s and instruments.
 Caring various kind of patient and disease condition.
 Patient focused and empathetic registered nurse seeking a position within medical.
 Bringing with them experience ,care and extensive knowledge to help improve the lives of my future patients.
 Assesss,Observe and record the Patient’s general Health Condition.
 Coordinate with physician and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating individualized care plans for patients.
 Analyze Patient’s symptoms correctly, diagnose the disease accurately and take imperative
step for hi/her active recovery.
 Maintain records and reports of Patient’s medical history, and monitor developments in
their health condition.
 Be alert and observant on every aspect of Patient care including diet, physical activity and Psychosocial Interaction.
 Educate Patients and their families on health maintains and disease prevention as required.
 Administer meditations and treatments as prescribed.
 Review medication and treatments of patients as indicated by their general health conditions and response to treatment.
 Take part in discussion with Pharmacians while dealing with critical situations.
 Provide immediate and advanced care during medical emergencies, like accidents, burns,cardiac arrest ,stoke,etc.
 Arrange specialized clinical areas for investigation procedures, and decontamination of
equipment and instruments post procedure.
 Prepare Patients for medical examination and surgical procedure.
 Assisting Doctors and Surgeon during in asive and nonasive interventions and surgical procedures.
 Complete lab work and update them about Patient’s condition during anesthesia is
indicated.
 Provide hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and interventions.
 Adhering to organizational policies, protocols and regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
 Periodic checking of the stock in the area of work, maintaining the inventory and placing stock orders as wanted.
 The delegation of responsibilities to team members relevant to their level of competency.
 Take part in research activities to improve nursing practices and upshot healthcare.
 Exhibit problems-solving skills and team strategies to deal with complaints and concerns
from patients and their families.
 Develop and maintain therapeutic communication with other healthcare professionals for
maintaining harmonious relationships.
 Continuing professional development through in-service education and specialist
educational programmers.
 Practice within the score of nursing practice, adhering to national and international policies and organizational and regulatory bodies guidelines.

• OPD
• Provides healthcare advice and education to patients and their families.
• Manages appointments and coordinates care for patients who visit the hospital for a short period and do not stay overnight.
• May help organize health camps.
• Assists with routine and emergency care in the clinic setting.
  IPD Nurse
  Provides continuous, round-the-clock care for admitted patients.
• Monitors patient health, administers medications, and ensures comfort during their hospital stay.
• Manages patient admissions and discharges.
• Collaborates with doctors and other professionals to carry out treatment plans. Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse
• Prepares the operating room and all necessary equipment and supplies before surgery.
• Sterilizes equipment and disinfects the surgical area.
  Assists surgeons during surgical procedures.
• Provides care to patients in the recovery room after surgery.
• Maintains patient records and ensures proper cleanup after the operation.
