  • Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Providing Techno-Commercial support to sales team.
  • Part of team for CBTL, BIS and NABL audit and preparing scope for product safety testing.
  • Performed testing and maintaining safety test equipment for testing of products.
  • Set up safety reporting systems to measure cost, time and performance.
  • Reviewed and approved safety testing reports for BIS (CRS) and NABL. Also authorized signatory under NABL and BIS (Compulsory Registration Scheme).
  • Assisting clients to comply products for safety testing in ITE, Audio/Video, Household, Medical devices and electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use.
  • Understand and interpret standards for appropriate Type test methods.
  • Authorized signatory NABL (ISO 17025) and BIS (CRS).

• Execute Safety tests according to IEC/EN standards-60950-1, 61010-1, and 60335-1, 60601-1.
• Adequate knowledge about Safety Testing Standards – IEC 60601-1, IEC 60950, IEC 61010, IEC 60065, IEC 60204, IEC 62040, IEC 60695, IEC 60335-1 and IEC/EN 62368-1.
• Have through knowledge on operation of safety test equipment’s for conducting Safety testing.
• Provide techno-commercial support to sales team.
• Preparation of test data sheets and generation of test reports for safety testing as per IEC/EN standards.
• Coordinating with NABL Accredited calibration labs for calibration of safety test equipment's.
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for testing equipment’s as well as for tests as per IEC standards - 61010-1, 60335-1, 60065.
• Knowledge on computation of Z-score for Inter-Lab Comparison Programme and calculation of Measurement uncertainty.
• Awareness training Programme on ISO/IEC 17025 and Quality System. Periodic review and maintenance of quality documents like Logbooks, Standard operating procedure, datasheets etc.
• Have sound knowledge on EMI/EMC testing.
