An IMS(ISO, OHSAS, QMS) Certified Company. Grey Iron, SG Iron, Manufacturer of SG Iron, and GRAY iron. A Disa high pressure Molding line,Total 2 induction Furnace 4 ton Induction fully atomization, Customer-Surat Metro,Surat Metro, Mumbai Metro etc. Our Component are High Speed Rail Baseplate & shoulders, Metro Baseplate and shoulder etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Overall laboratory responsibility.
- Analyzed all properties of green sand G.C.S, W.T.S, T.C, A.C, LOI, etc., and casting defects due to molding sand related problems in castings and remedies for defects.
- Successfully led the preparation of quality plan, procedures, work instruction for testing of foundry raw materials as silica sand, bentonite, coal dust, resin coted sand, pig iron and Ferroalloy and customer specification standard hardness and micro locations etc. mechanical, metallographic for grey and ductile iron foundry.
- Setting up of quality parameters like chemistry ,pouring temperature for all grade of grey iron, ductile(S.G.)iron automotive castings as per meet customer mechanical properties.
- Metallurgical,Physical Properties Of Gray iron and Ductile iron Foundry.
- Testing of metallurgical and mechanical properties of graycast-iron and S.G.Iron foundry laboratory.
- Setting up/handling of latest metallurgical testing Equipment’s. Metallurgical microscope with image Analyzer.
- Electronic universal testing machine.& Electronic Tensometer ,Brinell and Rockwell hardness testing machine.
- Working knowledge of Optical Emission Spectrometer,Standardization and maintenance of FE-BASE spectrometer of SPECTROLAB M-10,Bruker Q4 tasmen,Shimadzu PDA 5000(PMT base).
- All documentation related to Laboratory and handle customer complaint related to metallurgy.
- Attending all the meeting like morning meeting, quality meeting and weekly review and represent the laboratory, and all conclusions are discussed with team member.
- All lab and other department equipment calibration plan.
