· Planned and accomplished end to end management expertise as Project Coordinator, achieving approval in Army channel for development of new UAV(Unmanned Ariel Vehicle) base being prepared for $200 million dollar contact signed with Israeli Aerospace Industry (IAI, Malat). Examined and Oversaw construction activates at each phase as per FRD.

· Orchestrated & carried out role of Observer Pilot (ObP) in detached location ensuring safe move of equipment costing over $ 18 million and establishing UAV flight control base close to adversary front at 6000 ft above MSL in 3 days time to carry out terrorist hunting operations along with ground action teams lasting over 15 hrs continuously for 14 days.

· Functioned as a UAV Observer Pilot (ObP) and accomplished around 200 hrs of incident free observational flying over high risk areas, ensuring effective intelligence collection of adversaries and many successful operations in high pressure and stress situations.

· Single handedly forecasted operational aspects involving deployment of troops, ration and other logistical aspects, maximizing systemized rotation and SCM.

· Airport Liaison Officer for Northern Command – Responsible for movement of various important military appointments and UN officials on day to day basis, also handled PM of India on one such occasion. Ensured smooth transport of mortal remains of soldiers martyred in J&K sector, involving coordination & respectful handling of their family.

· Administered and solved management relatedl HR and equipment issues for a period of 1 year involving distributed and rotation of troops along the Line of Control (over 460 kms).

· Facilitated On-Site-Flight Tests (OSFT) alongside foreign OEM from IAI (Israel Aerospace Industry), DGCA representative within 7 weeks effectively reducing time by 40%, saving additional expenditure by the organization.

· Prepared and Structured as part of formulation team – Base SOP for UAV flying at North Lakhimpur, Missamari,Silchar Airport cataloging each aspect of safety, technical and operational norms and also human factors. Management and coordination of urgent and immediate missions with agencies involved in flight clearances ensuring cutting down of time to take off for mission. · Collected vital intelligence along the LAC(line of actual control) and as ObP enhanced the process data compilation flying the most advanced UAV available in the country. Part of various special operations ranging from man hunts and missing aircraft tracing, mapping enemy area and special operations with friendly neighboring country (Myanmar) against their anti national elements.

· Spearheaded long endurance missions for 2 years with observation hrs 12-16hrs hrs per mission and collaborated with forces on ground including Special Forces based on operational requirements.

· Planned expenditure and utilization of $1 million for and over a period of 3 years in maintenance and repairs of aircraft parking hanger & other amenities within the base. Including resurfacing of runway in coordination with AAI(Airport Authority of India)

· Managed logistical coordination with OEM for supply and return of spares including back loading major parts such as Aircraft Engines. Handling end to end administrative and logistic aspects of entire flying and technical crew. Criticality spare made available though smart liaison and coordination with foreign OEM - Israel Aerospace Industry(IAI), other aviation bases & civil vendors.

· Forecasted fuel and spare requirements to various agencies responsible for procurement and supply. Further carried out warehouse management (housing spares and tools) for UAVs and vendor, material ,procurement management as well. As part of this task speared small team of planners (technical crew, spares cum inventory manager, security & fire safety manager) creating a seamless and routine information sharing grid - Resulting in 95% efficiency of maintaining operation ability and maximizing mission ready state to 99% at all times.

· Upkeep and maintenance of entire warehouse which housing Aviation Fuel, other hazardous oils and lubes as well as spares and tools. Additionally to the tasking mentioned above during the same period. · Cautiously set parameters ensuring safety measures and including serviceability checks of various functional fire extinguishing equipment and demonstrated smooth liaison with local fire units protecting military equipment and estare worth $ 350 million.

· SCM at a facility with 600+ military troops provisioning and overlooking all facets of administration, logistics, health care, vehicle management and repairs.

· Lead rescue operations team to evacuate pilots from helicopter crash in jungle terrain of Assam.

· Facilitated and assisted civil administration on request of District Commissioner, Police and Para Military Forces coordinating relief during floods saving lives of over 35 families and controlling civil riots of CAA in North Lakhimpur, Assam protecting civil administration buildings and clearing agitators causing damage to property and blocking routes.

· Spearheaded induction of Heron (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) as Operations Coordinator at 4 bases in North East, India. Systematized and expedited the process in a record 4 months period reducing deployment time plan by 30.

· Negotiated all purchases with civil vendors provisioning various requirements of a unit including Stationary, IT Equipment, and Sports Equipment and also systematized effecting working schedules of conservancy staff.

· Handled Officers Mess with 50+ dinning members ensuring highest standard of food, hygiene. Organizing all social events for the same and conducting VIPs.

· Served as staff officer to Major General commanding a Division planning, coordinating and executing directed tasks.

· Operated in deserts of Rajasthan handling high pressure situations with robust problem solving capabilities and multitasked various roles paying keen attention to detail.

· Lead Team of over 150 troops, managing move of heavy artillery guns and later executed cross functional operations with other departments demonstrating orchestrated coordination.

· Ensured smooth logistical functioning and lead operations testing 72 hour survival.

· Overlooked intense firing of Artillery guns in the desert sector with extensive care of equipment, man and material. Highest of safety standards achieved with zero incidents and active result enhancement at each stage.
