- Roles and Responsibilities : - Requesting and consolidating requirement of spares from all the user dept's. - Checking correctness of item specifications, stock availablity and calculating the budget required and requesting user dept for budget receipt. - Indenting the items after receipt of the budget in SAP.
- Following with vendors to submit the offers from in SAP Ariba. - Technical scrutiny of received offers[in SAP Ariba]with specifications along with user dept's and communicating with vendors for clarifications on item specifications, models and technical parameters if any. -
- Preparing technical recommendation sheet and comparative statement for management approval.
- Creating Purchase Order in SAP and sending Purchase Order copy to vendor.
- Getting drawings and test certificates approved for manufacturing from user dept.
- Follow up with vendor for material receipt at site.
- Follow up with Central Stores Dept. for creation of GRN's.
- Inspecting material along with user and clearing GRN in SAP.
- Maintaining sufficient inventory in the plant for smooth operation.
- Consumption booking of vendor consignment items in SAP.
- Raising service requisition for AMC's for JBC [Job Based], MBC [Manpower based] contracts and releasing SO[Service Order].
- Creation of SRN and clearing bills for payments of contracts.
- MIS reports.
