- Played a notable part @ Mytrah Energy (one of the early day Renewable energy Companies in India) in becoming a 2 GW renewable energy company from scratch. Joined @ early days as Head -Technology/Resource identification & stepped out as Head - Technology and Operation & Maintenance.
- Responsible for sites identification (wind, solar and hybrid), technical due diligence, technology selection, and market analysis (technology vs. price trends, technology trends vs. geographic variations, potential disrupter, etc.). Developed integration roadmaps for offshore wind turbine technology, hybrid and energy storage technologies including floating solar.
- Responsible for end to end Operation & Maintenance of ~2000 MW (Wind, Solar & Rooftop) spread across 38 sites and 8 states & Head Technology and Digital Innovation across the end to end eco-system.
- Managing budgets, contracts, Inventory management/optimization, work control, resource planning, vendor/sub-contractor management, infrastructure, facility support & plant operations.
- Ensuring high asset availability and quality without compromising on safety, health, regulatory and environmental commitments
- Delivered 2000 MW+ (Wind & Solar), Resource estimation, Engineering design & Technology evaluation and a notable part in execution.
- Developed GMC (Generation Monitoring Center) - one of the first cloud based analytics program in India (developed in house) to monitor & enhance the performance of 2000 MW assets - valued @ $50 Million.
