Project Title: Perimeter Automated Detection System.

  • Client: NPCIL Kakrapar Atomic Power Plant.
  • Description: The Software is made to monitor and acknowledge all the Alarms appeared from the Microwave Detectors and PIR Sensors from perimeter detection area.
  • Hardware: Advantec 4050, Advantec 4060 Module.
  • Project Title: ATE Software for Frequency Response.
  • Client: Electrohms India.
  • Description: System made to control the AWG and the oscilloscope to generate the best input signal and measure the RMS values from oscilloscope and calculate the frequency response in db using 20 log (Gain).
  • Hardware: Arbitrary waveform generator(K/S 33210A), Oscilloscope(K/S DSO-X-2012).

Project Title: Cell Voltage Monitoring System.

  • Client: GACL India.
  • Description: Data Acquisition software interfaced with 19 Yokogawa GM10 units connected to a common network. Each of these GM10’s are configured for voltage and the measured data are continuously acquired and monitored from a remote location.
  • Hardware: GM10.

Project Title: Power Consumption Test Automated Software.

  • Client: LG India.
  • Description: The proposed application automated the test process for Monitoring and Recording the data and display the necessary test parameter, which are sensed and acquired using HIOKI PW3335, Proximity Sensor, PLC & other accessories. The data acquired will be used for analysis and Report Generation.
  • Hardware: HIOKI PW3335, FX5U PLC.

Project Title: Connect OTDR.

  • Client: Oman Fiber Optics.
  • Description: The connectOTDR Software is basically used in testing the Optical fibers for different parameters like wavelength, Resolution, Pulse width and Distance.
  • Hardware: EXPO FTB 500, Anritsu MT9085.

Project Title: DAQ and reporting software for Antenna testing.

  • Client: SAC (ISRO).
  • Description: The Test Software configures the antennas in terms of various parameters such as operating frequency, bandwidth and measurement specifications. And software controls the movement of motor, measurement of position and then the radiation pattern.
  • Hardware: 1. Analog Signal Generator–MXG N5183B, Network Analyser-PNA-X 5264B, Power meter –NI914A, Spectrum Analyser-E4446A, Triggering Unit, DUT Position controller, FEED position controller.

Project Title: Transformer Testing Bench and Software.

  • Client: Tata Power.
  • Description: The scope of project is to develop a automated software solution and Test Bench for transformer testing, containing a wide range of critical tests such as no-load, full-load, temperature rise, Vector Group Test, Magnetizing Current Test, Magnetic Balance Test, Double Voltage Double Frequency (DVDF), High Voltage Test, Turn Ratio Test, Winding Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance Test.
  • Hardware: 1. Power Analyzer(WT500), Paperless Reader(FX 5U), Motwane Turn-Ratio-Meter XTRM-3A, Motwane Winding-Resistance-Meter XWRM-25A, Motwane 5KV-Dignostic-IR-Tester-5KPI, FX-5U PLC.

Worked closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.
