• Sub-Distributor (Rural) Expansion: Implemented a new Sub-Distributor market visit plan, increasing coverage across rural markets, and improving brand visibility and distribution by visiting two Sub-DBs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnered with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to resolve "Non-Reporting" or "High Temperature" issues in Visi-Coolers, ensuring consistent operational efficiency and product safety.
