• Manage end-to-end Learning & Development for a Strategic Business Group with 4,000+ employees, aligning capability-building initiatives with business needs and strategic goals.
• Designed and launched the Pinnacle Leadership Program for mid-level managers (50 participants) based on GPTW survey insights; contributed to a 5% reduction in attrition and measurable improvement in GPTW scores in target teams; recognized among L&T’s top HR practices at the AHA Awards 2024.
• Developed and implemented a Technical Competency Framework covering 24 design roles, driving structured up-skilling and functional excellence.
• Led Talent Review processes across the SBG, identifying high-potential employees and driving Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for leadership readiness.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

• Appointed DEI Champion for the Water & Effluent Treatment Independent Company, leading internal sensitization and cultural inclusion efforts.
• Core member of the L&T Group DEI Taskforce- contributed to policy formulation, awareness campaigns, and DEI strategy deployment across business verticals.
• Designed and implemented a mentoring program for women trainees, leading to attrition in first year coming down by 5%.
• Implemented DEI sensitization series covering 200+ employees, with structured post-program follow-through through a DEI Ally identity to foster inclusive mindsets.

• Developed and executed a structured onboarding program and on-the-job training for 2,000+ trainees and lateral hires, ensuring faster ramp-up, engagement, and cultural integration.
• Designed and launched the ASCEND Leadership Program — a first-of-its-kind initiative within the organization to accelerate the growth of high-potential women leaders through targeted leadership development.
• Curated and executed impactful learning experiences during WET IC Development Week, including program design, session management, and implementation of learner engagement strategies, driving wide-scale capability uplift.
• Managed the training lifecycle — including Training Needs Identification (TNI), program design, delivery, and feedback analysis
• As the in-charge for online learning, successfully increased average training man-days per employee from 0.7 to 3, by embedding structured learning pathways and strengthening training governance.
