- Performing cash and position reconciliation between Custodians and Company's book to ensure that there is no data discrepancy and timely submission is done to the partners.
- Working on SAP, Bloomberg and Linkki application for research and analyses.
- Research and Investigation on cash flows received from custodians and assigning it to the respective team for booking I.e. Trades, Bonds, Private Equity Funds, Hedge funds, Loans, Dividend, Fixed Income securities, FX trade, Debt instruments ( CDO , CLO and MBS), Derivatives and Collaterals.
- Ensuring that the booking done in the Company's books are valid and processed as per booking instructions and notice received from counter party, middle office, and IM (Investment manager).
- Raising CQ's and tickets for updating the incorrect interest conditions and installment redemption to Data management Team and in case of new ISIN Creation or account we need to raise it to Central master data (CMD) team.
- Liaising with AXA partners, Local team, custodian, Data management team, Centre of excellence team (COE) to resolve the breaks.
- Taking follow-ups and raising escalation of Aged items on Daily, Weekly and monthly basis (through use of escalation matrix for follow-ups)
- Preparing various reports such as Daily, weekly and monthly cash outstanding reports and BCR (Balance check reports) on Weekly and monthly basis.
- Performing the monthly IFC Controls.

- I was part of the trade review and corporate action team, where we review trades like Equity, Fixed income, Derivatives and for corporate action we were verifying all voluntary and mandatory Corporate action.
- For corporate action shareholders offered by the company we verify as per BCAR instructions rate with BPOP CD and PD position of the fund.
- We were verifying all types of the trades which are booked in the accounting system ( MCH) with SWIFT instructions, and we validate trade details like investment type ( Fixed income, Equity, Derivatives and FX trades).
- Hands-on experience with TRS tool(Trade Review system), Bloomberg Terminal, Multi Currency Horizon applications(MCH).
- Verifying the trades with Bloomberg, KSAF, WMT, IDC , BPRI, MDQ, Yahoo Finance, SWIFT instructions and CVC (Cross vender comparison).
- We check all the types of trades whether they are booked correctly or not, if any trade is not booked as per instructions or there is any discrepancy in the trade then we escalate those trades to the respective booking team to correct those trades. and follow up with them to correct that trade within the deadline.
- Escalating incorrect trades on time to avoid NAV error.
- Coordinating with other teams to publish NAV accurately.
- Validating trades with backup for audit purposes.
- Developing and monitoring relationships with clients.
- Reviewing and processing, researching and escalating all high material NAV impacting breaks and escalates to the counterparts.
