As team lead for HLST, RBO West, I coordinated between home loan sourcing teams and processing centers.

As an experienced credit appraisal officer, I was deputed to RACPC Baner for end-to-end credit management activities for home loans. During this tenure, my key responsibilities were:

• As a processing officer: monitoring the creditworthiness of applicants, financial statements, credit ratings, and documents.
• As a legal and technical officer, I analyzed the legal viability of documentation, limitations, and other legal aspects of documentation.
• Taking prudent credit decisions and processing proposals based on available information and interactions with applicants.
• During audits and inspections, managing credit audit & MIS development and ensuring timely submission to Management.
• Devising strategies and coaching teams to achieve sourcing and home loan processing targets.

• Managed daily operations to ensure efficient banking services.
• Coordinated cross-departmental workflows for improved service delivery.
• Monitored compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implemented process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervised day-to-day workflow of employees in order to maximize productivity and maintain quality standards.
• Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at optimal levels.

• As a credit appraisal officer, I was handpicked for the processing of high-value home loans by the unit head at RACPC, Wakdewadi.
• Managing the process of home loans, loans against property (LAP), auto loans, personal loans, consumer loans, and education loans, which includes dealing, processing, and sanctioning activities. Besides that, I also have expertise in rural retail financing.
• Underwriting all portfolios by conducting risk analysis and using a credit score model in the processing of proposals.

• I was posted to RACPC Wakdewadi as a core member of the founding team.
• I assisted the team with the setup of a new home loan unit while discharging my duties as a processing officer.
• I got promoted to Deputy Manager and was absorbed in the same office for further assignments.

• Joined State Bank of India in May 2009 as a Probationary Officer.
• Successfully completed the probation after two years of rigorous on-the-job and institutional training.
• During the probation period, I was attached to several branches and other business units of the bank to undergo on-the-job training.
• Completed training in areas such as operations, credit management, agricultural banking, and audit and compliance.
• Was attached to RACPC I for the training of home loans after identifying my interest and capabilities for the same.
