Lead the Design and development of complex EAI and SOA/ESB solutions IBM MQ / IIB

* Understand all elements to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex systems using IBM ACE

* Good knowledge of Integration life cycle & Methodology.

* Capability to take requirements and transform to solid and standardized broker solutions.

* Documentation including Requirements, Business Process, Solution Design, Functional Design, Test Strategy & Test Scripts all at varying degrees of detail.

* Manage the production support managed services organization to support 24 × 7 business uptime and continuity.

* Good troubleshooting skills with overall knowledge on IBM message broker features/concepts

* To work as part of a large team and share information using technology effectively

* Involved in creating of Release documents, Mapping sheets and LLD documents.

* Understands the Client processes, analyzes the existing system implementation, do Impact Assessment and provides estimates for future enhancements.

* Extensive usage of various MB nodes and ESQL in the design of the flows.

* Involved in Services identification and Designing of message flows using ESQL.

* Also responsible for various other project related documents supporting the final delivery for the phase.

* Explaining the design architecture and helping the team to solve any technical issues during development.
