Roles and Responsibilities:

· Identifying the scope, objectives, and levels necessary for a project.

· Managing resources, setting deadlines prioritizing tasks and leading a team of testers.

· Estimating the QA effort for overall release of the project.

· Developing test strategies and plans according to user story.

· Involved in preparing High level test scenario and guided team to write the test script.

A broad set of Health and Human Service (HHS) programs across agencies are Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, WIC, TANF, LIHEAP, childcare, child support enforcement, AIDS drug assistance, and housing supports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Handled the entire Sprint Planning and Closure process, leading daily standups and ensuring that all tasks were on track.

· Introduced the process of Test management tool (Xray) to this project team and provided overview to team make it implement in the project.

· Managed daily calls with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and time .

· Developed and executed comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all aspects of Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

· Collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating enhanced user experiences.
