Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard

Abstract: This project includes creating a report and dashboard for month-end close and quarter-end to provide a visual representation of key metrics and performance indicators related to business operations and revenue recognition.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Implemented a new dashboard with real-time data according to requirements.
• Played a big role in fixing issues with order completion and pending reports.
• Actively involved in day-to-day reporting and analysis.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Abstract: Transition of the newly acquired entities or firms to Aptean and understanding their current process of licensing to integrate into standard procedures at Aptean.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conducting transition calls with recently acquired firms to initiate the integration process.
• Responsible for maintaining Minutes of Meeting (MoM) records and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop a transition plan for migrating to unified licensing tools post-merger or acquisition.

Order management and Licensing

Abstract: Managing and issuing both internally developed licenses (in-house) and those from external vendors (3rd parties), with a key focus on prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Accurately issuing software licenses based on orders and opportunities logged in Salesforce, ensuring that critical details such as license terms, renewal dates, and usage rights are correctly stored and managed.
• Facilitating the procurement of third-party licenses from diverse vendors, covering both hardware and software licenses, through the issuance of purchase orders (POs) and third-party agreements (TPs), which helped in recognizing USD 6.2 million in revenue in Q3 2023 and USD 28 million in the previous FY 2023,.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while monitoring order status from initiation to fulfillment and keeping customers informed about progress and potential delays.

Abstract: Experienced in online and offline research, data analysis, and database cleaning. Proficient in summarizing key details from large text blocks, assimilating facts into concise profiles, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Production of various reports and company products, including name checks, corporate governance, leadership teams, and other corporate reports.
• Undertaking comprehensive web research within the public domain and open-source intelligence to gather relevant information.
• Consistently achieved a high-quality score of 98% or above in day-to-day production tasks.
