Adani Enterprises (India):

  • Worked on Core HR and OTL(Oracle Time and Labor) redesign for the organization by conducting one to one workshops on the client location covering the whole end - to - end business processes.
  • Designed and Developed the CXO Dashboards for executives in the company for Highlevel understanding of recruiting processes and based on that major decisions can be taken in the organization. This dashboards were created using the custom formulas using SQL in the OTBI and Analytics. Designs for the same were done using custom CSS as per the Adani's branding.


London Borough of Waltham Forest (UK) :

  • Implemented an end to end OPA(Oracle Policy Automation) by creating and automating HR Policies using REST API and Javascript.
  • Worked extensively with tools like Approval Rules, HCM Design Studio, Roles and Security, Page Composer and Sandboxes and Visual builder for Redwood Pages.
  • Implemented Oracle Heath and Safety module in the organization to mitigate cyber-security issues.
