• Responsibilities
  
  Maintenance planning and condition monitoring of Mechanical, and production equipment

Trouble shooting of all mechanical problems.
Co-ordination of operation, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation departments for uninterrupted production.
Coordination with Purchase and stores department for spares inventory controlling
Listed spare parts of all the equipment’s for maintenance purpose and making lubrication schedules for equipment’s
Maintaining on line stock, providing supporting information for effective purchase action and production planning.
Supervising and motivating a team of workers, reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying the training needs
Manage recording of data history and analysis of the same.
Manage safety, health and environment (SHE) in the Mechanical Field Maintenance department to ensure adherence to statutory requirement. Following the Safety and S.O.P names.
Housekeeping throughout the plant area.
Finally reporting the day activities to Asst. MANAGER & Mechanical H.O.D.s
