• Manage the rollout of faster GRN and merger of picker module to reduce the checkout to P2D. Ensuring all B2B and B2C shipments dispatched and received on time.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders and support function to identify and implement strategies towards achieving cost, speed, and reliability targets.
• As per BAU, we attended 7000+ CPD shipments in a particular lane and dispatched them to DH with a 0.5% breach. Maintaining 5s and practicing Kaizen to reduce the material end-to-end movement
• Working on overall Cost Per shipment (CPS) of the store and making plans on how to reduce them and to execute them.
• Working in the Issue Resolving Team (IRT) for the shipments, i.e. Tech issue, damage, orphan shipment, RTO shipments, etc.
• Ensure on-time delivery of shipments to other MH & DH. Monitor and track warehouse and administrative costs associated with their assigned responsibilities. Manage warehouse accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly warehouse reconciliation, analysis, and related reports.
