Payroll team- Sep 2016 to Oct 2020

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Payroll Labor Allocation: Preparation and execution of labor allocation programs to allocate the payroll charges from employee home codes to allocation cost objects
• Timesheets & ADP hours : Manually entering timesheets and ADP hours upload in SAP.
• Payroll accounting: Accounting of day to day employee payroll related charges in SAP via IDOCs
• Intercompany Billings: Intercompany billings in different currency for 3 companies via Expat billing and share the invoices.
• Reporting & reconciliation: Preparation of monthly payroll reports & reconciliation and sharing with business.
• Audit request : Responsible for addressing all audit requests as per SLA within team.

Adhoc Projects (Testing & implementation)-

• GFT template deployment : Have worked with the project design team & Business for migration of SAP from AFT (American financial template) to GFT (Global financial template). Involved in UAT testing and supporting on sign off with project team.
• US Payroll Project: Supported on US Payroll/FI Integration project which involved uniforming the payroll data across US region.
• Automation of Canada Payroll: Supported in migration of SAP AFT to GFT

Cash and Bank Team - Nov 2020 to April 2021-

• Daily banking : Downloading bank statements and uploading in BPCS tool for clearing the payments.
• Preparing monthly reconciliations and uploading in Blackline tool.
• Sharing monthly reconciliation reports to business.

• Processing discount invoices.
• Prepared itemized statements, bills, or invoices and recorded amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
• Researched and resolved billing discrepancies to enable accurate billing.

• Generated daily, weekly and monthly reports for billing department.
