- Understand customer's requirements by analyzing RFQs (Request for Quotation) and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Prepare detailed points of discussion for internal team and customer meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Create a tentative list of sub-assemblies, develop budgetary quotations, and establish Bill of Materials (BOM) using a commodity matrix.
- Prepare conceptual layouts based on the customers' requirements, considering space, functionality, and efficiency.
- Solicit quotations from suppliers for critical bought-out items and negotiate the best possible pricing and terms.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all quotations received from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare the final bill of materials (commodity) and perform costing analysis to determine project profitability.
- Submit Techno-commercial offers to customers and diligently follow up to address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a well-organized record of all proposals submitted, including revisions and updates made during the negotiation process.
- Conduct kick-off meetings with the internal team upon receiving purchase orders, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Facilitate the seamless handover of all relevant data and documentation to various departments, ensuring accurate and timely information transfer.
- Upload project data and documentation onto the centralized system for easy access and reference by internal stakeholders.
