• Led the project with team of 6 individuals for building multi tenanted Commerce/Metering platform for services offered under VMC on AWS.
• System processes by consolidating millions of usage records each day, transitioning from individual service management to a centralized, aggregated usage submission system to billing engines.
• Usage Analytics measures are derived from the data and they are shown to customer as recommendations in VMC console and for company execs to understanding how customers are using various Vmware products.
• Collaborated with various cross-functional teams right from requirements gathering ,designing both HLD,LLD and executed in time with proper resource allocations and effective sprints with retrospectives.
• Conducted thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices across services, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.

• Exhibited exceptional development skills and leadership in successfully deploying Microsoft SPLA for VMC in under 5 months. Led Customers to guarantee the continuous operation of over 10,000 Microsoft Windows-based workloads, ensuring strict compliance standards were met.

• First member team in India region for developing and handling Monitoring VMC on AWS
• Authored best practices documentation for use in new personnel onboarding processes.
• Apart from new team building activities ,contributed to various pieces in platform relating to metrics collection and alert correlation.
• Overall platform was built offering end-to-end observability encompassing monitoring, alerting, correlation, and automated incident management.
• 85% resolution rate was achieved through automation across Commercial, GovCloud, and IL 5 environments without any manual intervention.

• Mentor new engineers across various SRE teams to bring up with company stack and culture.
• Worked on in collaborating with other teams in enhancing call graph tool to build alert correlation platform.
• This platform was designed by feeding metrics data to supervised-K means algorithm ,overall around 80% accuracy was reached in identification and triaging of issues,
• Worked with MySQL DBA's and team in building mysql query analyzer ,my contribution was mostly building frontend visualization tool and bit on backend .

• Worked on various developing tools which helps fellow SRE's across company and teams in triaging and troubleshooting issues.
• Hawkeye - Developed platform that will act as ”Monitoring over

internal alerting system” which gives visual

information of flappy alerts and teams can configure schedules on how periodically they need to get this summarized data.

• Call graph - Created real time visualization tool which shows mapping of around 800+ services, with valuable information like downstream communication, Protocol, Latency, error count.
• This had helped engineers to

understand service architecture and some insights to start with troubleshooting
