● Managed contract and Sales operation for a key account, growing revenue from INR 40Cr. (2018) to INR 60Cr.(2021); lead cross- functional team of 40 to enhance Customer service and Budgeting.

● Deployed new automation system- Auto DVM Feeder, Auto- Gas diffusing system to enhance the Site safety and Customer service.

● Aggressive in conducting trials and stabilizing the new product in the benefit of the business and Customer service.

• Operations of Primary Steel making through Conarc furnace(Electric- Oxygen Furnace)

● Skillfully managed operations of Electric Arc, Conarc furnaces for Primary Steel- with major improvements in increasing the equipment shelf life, decreasing the specific consumption of the product.

● Improved process yield from 87% to 92% through detailed process mapping and loss minimization in Electric Arc Furnace operations, reducing raw material consumption and increasing output.
