• Received Thought Leadership Excellence Award for doing extensive market research and expediting the Modernization Program for a large Multinational Bank; migrated all the loan servicing products into a modernized Pega workflow management platform
• Built the Infrastructure and drove the adoption of RSA Soft tokens (eliminating hard tokens) at a large bank, resulting in annual CAPEX benefit of ~$2M USD
• Appreciated by Infosys Management for my role in the setup of China Delivery Center - Built Technical Teams of up to 50 members, coached and mentored to deliver Engineering services from the 4th month
