• Manage the large-scale IT project implementation of the Electronic, Education system, Food Processing Units, and IT companies up to 15M budget.
• Responsibilities include planning, and managing schedule, scope, cost, resources, communications, risk, budget, and project delivery from inception to finish.
• Responsible for Initiation phase deliverables - Project Plans, Charter, Business Case, project estimation, WBS & Conceptual Sprint Planning.
• Communicate to stakeholders, IT & Business sponsors, and Infrastructure SMEs about the plans, decisions, budget, project statuses, cross-project dependencies, change control, and risks.
• Highly focused on project delivery to meet business goals. Manage a large team of IT resources: The Core Team consists of Delivery Managers, Architects, Technology SMEs, and OCM.
• Conduct Technology and Process Work Shops while gathering requirements
• Mentor and coach both offshore and onshore team members to manage tasks, milestones, and deliverables, thereby maintaining an efficient Sprint cadence.
• Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations by the project plan to align the stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure defined PMO processes and methods are being followed.
• Maintain compliance with and enforce the company's standard policies and procedures.
• Once the new project is assigned then begins to work with the requestor and notes from the SME to finalize the scope and timeline

• Responsible for planning and designing end-to-end transitions and transformation projects including Platform, Private, Public, and Hybrid cloud (IAAS) for new onboarding customers.
• Acts as an expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions.
• Liaison with stakeholders to translate business requirements to technical requirements and ensure implementation accordingly.
• Design and consultant move group planning for new customer transitions.
• Advises teams on IT technology standard requirements, methodology, and processes.
• Produce High-Level Design documents and Low-Level Design documents as part of project delivery.
• Produce Infrastructure transformation road map for customers.
• Gather the customer’s business and technical requirements and in cases where such requirements are unavailable, should be able to define these requirements based on discussions with the customer.
• Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions for enterprise customers.
• Improve the technical competence of the Technical Design community in a global environment.
• Directs the planning and execution of complete systems and integration testing. Provide support in creating customer proposals, designing work specifications, pricing proposals, and writing service description documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Worked with the Service Delivery team in Malaysia that managed vast global UNIX infrastructure of 5000 Solaris, HP UX, and Linux servers running critical production applications for Ericsson AMS and EMEA region.
• Member of the support team of HP Global Center Malaysia (GCM) supporting customers from America, Europe, and Brazil.
• Worked on System performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting server issues.
• Coordinates with the response Center for necessary Hardware replacements.

• Primarily responsible for management of Unix, Wintel, Storage, and Backup Infrastructure of SCCL
• Worked with SCCL IT team, that managed multiple locations under corporate division and project locations.
