Working with one of the biggest multinational companies based in UK, effectively managing their customer expectations, setting the organizational standard for customer engagement, serving as a communication channel between customers and the IT organization, and, whenever possible, providing a first-contact resolution for customers. Some key roles include:

· User query/issue handling.

· Identify and diagnose issues and problems

· Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions

Managing and creating Power BI dashboards for Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, Winzip and Sophos for the same client. Fetching data from multiple sources such as Casper, IEM, RVTools, BigFix & CMDB. Doing data integrity checks and performing necessary tasks to create an effective usage of all the paid products in the aforementioned vendors and presenting them in a Power BI output for quick understand of cost saving opportunities and remediation along with more added benefits.

-Leading a team involved in managing, planning, and conducting License compliance audits for Microsoft, Adobe, and Autodesk.

- Conducting license compliance audits, end-user audits, scanning the inventory using automated / semi-automated tools / manual i.e. customized Visual Basic scripts, Powershell and SCCM commands.

- Preparing Effective License Position reports, Deployment summary, and Licensing summary from various deployment and entitlement records. Creating a license allocation template and a summary of all the licenses available within the agreements signed by the client.

-Attending Pre-audit and Post-Audit closure meetings with the publishing stakeholders & audit clients. Facilitating the settlement meetings post-audit results without prejudice.

- Analyzing clients’ current SAM practices and policies and implementing safeguard practices by comparing them to the ISO Standard ISO 19770-1: 2012 and international best practices.

-Additionally have been involved in Microsoft audit defense, renewals, and true Ups. Worked on analysis of Microsoft licensing statements for multiple clients to see the feasibility of an audit with optimized license allocation.
